General Summary Provides business operational and financial reporting support for the Data Center Infrastructure and Application Solutions Practice. Responsible for developing quarterly business metrics for the entire practice, all reporting analysis inclusive of sales forecasting, training metrics, margin and revenue. Provide overall operational support for the practice ??s business requirements. Principal Responsibilities · Supports Practice Director, Managers and leadership team in preparation of all financial analysis requests, inclusive of regular metrics reporting as well as unplanned requests by Sr. Management, Field Management and Practice Management · Retrieves raw data from multiple EMC systems and prepares readable Excel reports for distribution aligned with operational processes as well as unplanned requests · Prepares slides for all analysis requests, which includes populating data from Excel report to PowerPoint slides · Maintains all metrics for practices, including, but not limited to: revenue, sales forecasting, margin, utilization, field resources skills attained, training taken. Reporting will include data gathering from EMC systems, vendor systems, as well as, manually created and maintained reports · Understands data prepared and will be required to present the data to management · Works with the Practice Manager/Practice Director to develop the message/story behind the data, with business requirements and strategic vision · Coordinate Field Community conference calls/meetings and agendas, working with Practice Managers and presenters to facilitate meetings and provide metrics · Provide support to field communities, gather field requirements and feedback to Practice Managers · Responsible for the knowledge management portal for the practice, maintain consistency across practice areas and ease of use in finding materials · Responsible for the maintenance of the field community portal · Provide analysis as requested of model numbers or Statements of Work · Provide review of financial deliverables created in customer pilots and/or service offerings - ROI and TCO assessments · Maintain practice service offerings roadmaps and support status reporting requirements with the Shared Services team · Support requests for various system setup requirements (i.e. PAS) · Coordinate meetings and logistics as required for global rollout of training and awareness campaigns · Performs other duties as required Required Skills · Strong financial and analytical skills and experience · Ability to work in a team environment, and cross functionally within and outside TSS · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite · Presentation skills and professional presence · Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills · Strong knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation Other Requirements · 25% Travel · Local to Hopkinton, MA
