Business Partner, Compliance Advisory & Oversight Team recruitment
A Global and leading Insurance firm are looking for a Business Partner to sit in the Advisory and Oversight team, based in the City. A perfect opportunity for those looking to extend their advisory responsibilities, as well as to work within a business facing role at a globally reputable company.
Responsibilities include:
- To deliver effective oversight and advice, regarding compliance with policies, procedures, systems, controls and governance.
- Oversee successful implementation and execution of the business-facing-related elements of the Annual Compliance Plan.
- Provision of technical advice to colleagues across the businesses, through liaison with other SMEs.
To help deliver for FSA ARROW and Thematic visits - Regulatory and FSA regulated matters.
- Provide the Advisory and Oversight (AO) Leaders with regular Compliance updates on topics as relevant – arising from:
- compliance-related issues and/or incidents arising with the business
- findings, recommendations and management actions arising out of Compliance Reviews
Other Duties:
- To provide Business support and Advice.
- Annual Planning process
- Risk assessment process.
- Policies Procedures
- To provide Training and Communications:
- Annual monitoring plan and Reporting.
- Incident management process.
- Talent Management.
- Liaison between compliance, quality and risk on compliance matters within the business
