Business Partner/Senior Manger recruitment

A high profile role reporting directly to Director level within a specialist and high profile project, this position will see the successful candidate gain in-depth exposure to global territories and complex business units, Providing extensive financial support, analysis, commentary and project assistance. Previous experience within business partnering capacities is essential and previous knowledge or exposure to financial services is also highly desirable.

Key deliverables are:

• Producing an accurate month end result by working closely with both the business and Finance team

• Production of accurate and informative MI for discussion with the Executives.

• Production of quarterly re-forecasts, annual budgets and 3 year financial plans working closely with the business to balance their requirements with the funding available.

• Review and challenge of business cases

• Adhoc financial analysis and modelling.

• Update and analysis of detailed Activity Based Costing model, understanding the key drivers and outputs.

• Leading a high performing team: Motivating the team, setting objectives, managing performance and developing the team.

• Working to deadlines and committed to delivering quality, clear, concise and accurate MI.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: networking; leading a team; strong influencing skills; a strong communicator.

• Provide full credible business partner support to the business, delivering insight and control. Engaging with key stakeholders and building effective relationships.

• Evaluating the financial impact of decision making.
