Job overview
The position of Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for designing and analyzing key business
performance metrics relating to Go Daddy products and services. The position will require excellent data gathering and analytical skills, ability to effectively communicate results to executive management, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Position will be evaluated based upon ability to generate actionable and measurable revenue producing changes in a given business unit.
What does the job entail?
- Design and monitor key call center business metrics
- Use data mining techniques to find new revenue opportunities
- Ad-hoc analyses
- Development of forecast and trending models
- Prototyping of reports and dashboards
Do you have what it takes?
- 5 plus years experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in writing T-SQL and query design.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, modeling, and experiment design
- MS Excel experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Quickly able to grasp new concepts and flexible in different approaches.
- Ability to understand different business disciplines within the company and experience working with cross-functional teams
Additional skills that would be considered a plus:
- Finance background and/or a MBA
- Experience with call center reporting/analytics
- Experience with VBA
- Experience with statistical software and techniques
- Experience with website ecommerce or branding
- Experience with Web-based reporting and analytical tools a plus Experience with OLAP
- Six-Sigma business improvement methodology certification
