Business Performance Analyst
Leading International Banking Group has an urgent require for a newly Qualified ACA to join their hugely commercial Business Performance team. The role will be to support the Performance Management team in working closely with the Group's businesses to provide insight and establish expectations around their future and in-year performance, and then holding them accountable for subsequent delivery of that performance. The position has come about due to an promotion where the incumbent is moving into a Front Office position.
Key responsibilities
- Group forecasting and analysis processes
- Provide insightful analysis around key business drivers
- Provide input/commentary to all RAF deliverables
- Presentations to Group Finance Director, ExCo, and Board
- Build analytical tools to support RAF reporting, analysis, and deliverables
- Manage the BPM relationship including review of monthly outputs
- Performance papers presented to the Group Executive through 'predictive' commentary
- Insightful trend analysis around key drivers and leading
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a fully Qualified ACA (equivalent) who has worked for a leading Accountancy/Management Consultancy firm. You will possess superb business/financial management and analysis skills, very strong communication/relationship management skills combined with an analytical eye for detail. The team consists of many likeminded candidates who have worked within Transaction Services, Restructuring and Strategic Consulting. Candidates will need an impeccable educational track record and looking for a challenge. (MS ACA)
