Investment Management Mandate Operations Services (MOS) is the operational support unit for the Investment Management business of Wealth Management Swiss Bank, providing support and services for the Portfolio Management and Investment Process teams.

The MOS Business and Process Analysis Team is responsible for the end-to-end analysis and implementation of business and IT change-the-bank projects. You will be working on projects related to product and contract management with the focus to further enhance the quality and flexibility how we offer discretionary mandates to our clients. To support the Project Business Lead you will be responsible for required business analysis.

Business Analyst ? Investment Management

In this challenging position you are mainly responsible for the following tasks:

Ensure project delivery within required budget, quality and timeline
Develop business concepts and business requirements with business lead, market representatives and key stakeholders
Implement new functions of the in the production and contract area in close collaboration with IT representatives
Act as business contact for other applications involved within into the overall mandate sales and investment proposal process

As the perfect candidate you are a proactive team player who - as an inspired professional - develops a vision for your projects and drives them towards the agreed goals. In a challenging, dynamic environment you stay focused and find solutions together with the team and stakeholders. In this function you will leverage experience as a Business Analyst, combining functional expertise in financial products and services with IT application development knowledge and soft skills.

You should have the following qualifications:

Degree from a University or FH
Good knowledge of Investment Management / Discretionary Mandate business
Proven track record in business analysis, solution design / development within the banking or financial services industry
Experience in design and conception of flexible contract and product management systems
Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality, time and delivery
Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills
Self driven with a commitment to go the extra mile in an environment of ambiguity
Fluency in English and German
