Business Process Analyst
Responsible for mapping current processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, designing future-state processes and identifying necessary process metrics.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and operations processes is required.
Strong information elicitation skills and Visio diagramming skills are essential.
Rummler-Brache, Hammer and Company, Performance Design Lab training and/or Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
ITIL v3 Foundations certification preferred.
The ideal mix would be someone who has process experience (Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt) in IT Infrastructure and Operations with exposure to ITIL (v3 Foundations certification, ISO 20000 Foundations training).
