Business Process Analyst
Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 Euros per year, dependent upon experience
Based within our new office in The Hague (working as part of a global Project Office team) and reporting directly to the Business Analysis Manager, you will apply your business process analysis skills and methodologies whilst investigating multiple initiatives linked to major organizational change. You will actively engage with staff and business representatives at all levels and work closely with external suppliers and all other relevant stakeholders (including Business Analysts and Project Managers) throughout the organization.
The early stages of any change will require critical support from the Business Process Analysts to ensure ideas and new ways of working are thoroughly understood by all stakeholders and that suitable recommendations and options can be presented to the organization. Responsible for the presentation of clear business cases to stakeholders with appropriate recommendations including cost/benefit analysis undertaken for each process-related change initiative.
Throughout the project lifecycle, the Business Process Analyst continues to be a key member of the project team to ensure business needs are analyzed, requirements are captured and managed effectively, options are evaluated, financial and business impacts are defined and that benefits are monitored and managed. You will facilitate (and manage the output of) Process Review workshops (for as-is and to-be processes) and work with the organization and third-party suppliers to deliver appropriate and cost-effective process improvement solutions.
Main requirements
This post is suitable for an individual who has past experience working as a business process analyst in the field of Business Process Management and has a proven track record of the interpretation and evaluation of complex business requirements and the delivery of successful solutions to the business. You will need excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, documentation and problem-solving skills combined with a considerable awareness of technology based products and services. You will also need to be skilled in the use of process mapping and design methodologies (e.g. BPN and Lean design) and mapping tools (e.g., Casewise). You will uphold the architectural principles covering process, applications, data, infrastructure and services.

The post will be based in The Hague, The Netherlands. Given the nature of the business process analyst role and the global focus of the work carried out, it is highly likely that occasional weekend working and some international travel will be required.
