BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT 1
Works on enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign. Develops business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates. Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business. May support to Merger Acquisition integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role. May coach teams in Lean and Six Sigma process and tools. Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years operations analysis experience. Minimum Qualifications: Strong understanding of financial controls and risk. Successful candidates will have at least 5+ years of process design experience with methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Additionally, successful candidates will have a demonstrated leadership capability. Preferred Skills: A Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field of study.
