This individual will be responsible for delivering Competitive Solutions, Inc.’s proven business curriculum, Process Based Leadership®, to organizations throughout the world. Candidates must possess excellent assessment and writing abilities necessary to discern client strengths and opportunities. Formal business coaching experience is preferred. Additionally, the candidate must possess effective instruction skills including dynamic public speaking abilities, effective facilitation techniques, excellent listening and diagnostic skills, and an overall desire to lead both informative and inspirational engagement events. Engagement attendees will range from executives to hourly associates in both private and public global enterprises. Interested candidates must possess a college degree, five years business experience, and a strong desire to assist both individuals and organizations achieve performance excellence. MS Office proficiency expected. Position requires approximately 60% travel.
