Job Description
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will champion and lead process transformation which will involve review and optimization of group processes and systems utilization to support execution at client service level. You will conduct gap analysis, process re-engineering, build and support a culture of business process improvement, and will support the innovation of service delivery and usage of corporate systems.
The Successful Applicant
You have experience in implementing business process improvement and change management at business wide level, including business systems frameworks such as LEAN or Quality Management. Strong business analysis and business process re engineering skills are critical along and exposure to Six Sigma advantageous. Having previously worked in the Legal sector or broader professional services sector will be highly beneficial.
