Business Process & Systems Analyst

My client are a luxury retailer with worldwide locations. They are looking to recruit a Business Process Systems Analyst to support the effectiveness of Operations.  The successful candidate will be required to develop strategies into tangible systems, a function which isn't in place at the moment. A newly created vacancy, the organisation are placing significant importance on the support that systems can bring to the department.

You will be responsible for the following:

*Understanding the strategy for the department and shaping and defining business requirements systems support needed in order to enable the strategy
*Understanding the current solutions and defining work arounds where necessary
*Understanding specific requirements and ensure that solutions are suitable for various scenarios
*Participate in vendor selection 
*Maintain excellent relationships with 3rd party suppliers
*Be super-user for all systems within the department
*Maintain master data and systems administration
*Define and create tools

To be considered for this role you must have knowledge of ERP PLM systems, proven business analysis experience, proven supply chain/product experience, understanding of Raw Materials production and exceptional communication skills. You will also have worked within one of the Big 4 firms or Management Consultancy, specialising within Retail.
