Business Program Manager - Perth (12 month contract)

With the undertaking of a new office location and office environment in a Perth CBD, we are currently seeking a Business Program Manager who will lead the development and implementation of a new way of working for PwC. The relocation of offices will require a brand new fitout using Activity Based Working (ABW) as the underlying principle. Critical to ABW is the thorough integration of behavioural, virtual, social and physical programs.

As the lead Program Manager will be responsible for collaborating with PwC stakeholders through the development and delivery processes.

Key responsibilities include:
· Manage a portfolio of individual Project Streams, focussed on delivering various outcomes that can be Business, Technical or Transformational in focus
· Moving the project through the project lifecycle efficiently
· Configuration management - logging document maintenance (e.g. risk, issue action logs), auditing with reference to the Project Lifecycle,
· Financial governance - budget management, purchase ordering invoicing, liaison with finance assurance
· Quality management - quality assurance role on deliverables (e.g. coordinating quality reviews)
· Reporting - updating logs financial statuses into Clarity, building presentations (e.g. PowerPoint), drafting reports (e.g. end-phase checklists)
· Scheduling - maintaining updating project schedules
· Transformation and Change Management Planning and execution

Key characteristics include:
· 10 years project/program delivery experience including proven management, supervisory, and leadership experience
· Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
· The ability to work to agreed deadlines
· Experience of managing vendors and internal procurement and legal requirements and outputs for vendor engagements
· Ability to coordinate people to complete critical milestones
· Understand the systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to project management, testing and problem solving.
· Have proven inter-personal and communication skills and be able to deal directly with clients/users
