Business Project Manager- Institutional Business Change- Investment Banking recruitment
Tier 1 investment banking client is looking to hire a Project Manager who as is happy to be hands-on and carry out business analysis duties as well as facing off to senior stakeholders. There are 2 programmes of work on which you will work and both focus on delivering business efficiency/profitability increase as a result of business process change and target operating model review. Your business change will help also add stability and control to the bank, focusing on re-organisation and consolidation. Following a recent merger between internal departments with a vision of cross selling opportunities (which has been very successful), the client is now looking to see what other services they can offer to their clients which will automatically increase revenues. Merging of groups and streamlining of business processes will be part of this. The following points in relation to candidates suitability are absolutely ESSENTIAL and not flexibl
- Recent Investment Banking experience (in the last 3 years)
- Your recent experience of ‘change’ should be ‘business’ and not IT delivery. If you have had direct responsibility for any IT change within the last 3 years of work, you will be unsuitable for this role
- Project Management level, but also happy to be hands-on
- Consultative approach to delivering change
