Tier 1 investment banking client is looking to hire a Project Manager who as is happy to be hands-on and carry out business analysis duties as well as facing off to senior stakeholders. There are 2 programmes of work on which you will work and both focus on delivering business efficiency/profitability increase as a result of business process change and target operating model review. Your business change will help also add stability and control to the bank, focusing on re-organisation and consolidation. Following a recent merger between internal departments with a vision of cross selling opportunities (which has been very successful), the client is now looking to see what other services they can offer to their clients which will automatically increase revenues.
