Our client based in Milton Keynes has a new temporary job for a Finance Business Services Manager. This role is to support while they recruit for a permanent member of staff and will be open to apply for while doing the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available.
They are looking for a team manager who will work will be fast-moving and challenging environment which offers a high degree of job satisfaction from a job well-done.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a background in financial management, with knowledge of recruitment / personnel administration, and experience of leading a small team. Also key is the need to establish and sustain productive and effective working relationships with all organisational levels.
You will need to be an effective communicator, be able to act on your own initiative, have strong analytical ability, well developed ICT skills and excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
