Network Manager
Investment Bank in London is looking to hire an experienced Network Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month period.
The role will involve the following;
Key point of contact between bank and its agent banks across a number of different markets, covering multiple products and a wide range of topics, for example
Resolving operational and service issues
Regular interaction and meetings with agent banks sales and management,
Securities depositories and stock exchanges
Business Relationship Manager to internal users of agent network communicate business impact of market news / changes to relevant areas.
Regular interaction with line management to help deliver their business and operational strategies.
Market expert - develop and utilise market knowledge expertise across a number of EMEA markets to support and benefit business operations.
Agent risk manager – monitor custody, operational and market risk
Ensure compliance with legal, credit and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate agent fees and implement competitive tariffs to reduce costs.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a relationship management role from an Investment Bank. Ideally the candidate will have experience with one or more of the following asset classes.
Debt Securities and Credit Derivatives
Equities including Prime Brokerage and Equity Derivatives
Corporate Trust and Agency Services
Global Cash Management
Global Custody Services including Fund Administration, Securities Lending and Performance Measurement.
Domestic Custody Services
Retail Banking
Private Wealth Management
