Business Solutions Manager recruitment
Business Solutions Manager with extensive IT change management experience. You must have extensive Commodities / Energy experience, ideally with a solid understanding of Commodity Energy business systems and the drivers of business needs in this space. Pricing, Originations, Logistics and Settlements knowledge is required as there is wholesale changed needed within the department. Ideally you will have Openlink / Endur environments, logistics and scheduling. There will be allot of interaction with Senior Trading team members, so you need to have demonstrated gaining buy in communicating a vision and developing a road map. You must have lead large programmes of change, be able to communicate in Energy Trading language and be driven to deliver.
