The Business Solutions Manager will come from an insurance background and have previous experience of managing a team of Business Analyst's whilst still being 'hands-on' to a degree.
The Business Solutions Manager will manage the expectations of relevant stakeholders and undertake the day-to-day vendor management duties. You will line manage the Business Analysis team through coaching, appraisals and development. You will provide best practise and guidance to other non-business analysis resource and maintain an understanding of industry trends in the insurance business.
