Trade Client Relationship Officer recruitment

This role is primarily responsible as the client liaison for Trade Operations, whilst exceeding our client's expectations. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will need to deliver a positive customer experience within agreed timeframes and consistently meet targets in terms of quality and accuracy.
Accuracy of data and timeliness of information is essential, as is the ability to comply with all risk and compliance requirements. Stakeholder management skills will prove crucial to success as will the ability to identify process and service improvements and present them to business.

Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years experience in trade operations with a sound knowledge of trade products and processes, ICC publications and focused towards risk management.
· Strong interpersonal skills with sense of urgency. Prior experience in ANZ Operations environment, processes and procedures will stand you in good stead.
· Good communication skills with the ability to deliver under pressure will add value to your candidature for this post.
