Business Systems Analyst – Cisco UCCE

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration:  12 month contract with possible extensions – immediate start

 

BSA is responsible for analyzing business information, requirements gathering, data analysis, functional specifications, application design, testing, and implementation. Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative, and self-motivation. Possess strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and written communication skills.

 

Skill:

·         5+ years Cisco UCCE or other Contact Center experience

·         5+ years experience as Business Analyst:

Ø  Extensive hands on experience with requirements documentation, facilitating and interviewing techniques to extract and validate user requirements for a contact center

Ø  Documenting requirements functional design docs, test scripts, user acceptance testing sessions reporting, training materials

Ø  Communicating status to project managers, team members and management

·         5+ years experience as Systems Analyst:

Ø  Extensive hands on experience with Requirements, Design, Construction, Testing, and Implementation phases of software development (full Software Development Life Cycle Experience)

Ø  Developing and validating use and test cases; developing business requirements and turning them into system requirements

·         Prefer 2+ years recent VoIP Contact Center experience 

·         Knowledge and experience with Business Process Modeling and ITIL
