Adelaide Airport Ltd (AAL) operates Australia's most modern terminal and is determined to build on its current success by delivering a range of infrastructure projects over the next five years.
Role overview
The primary purpose of the Business Systems Analyst is to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the airport's corporate and industry specific applications. Of equal importance is working closely with the Business Systems Manager, project managers and third party vendors to deliver a wide range of systems projects.
To thrive in this role, you will be motivated by involvement in a range of projects relating to Web, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and systems integration technologies.
Role responsibilities include:
- Applications support, resolution and escalation
- Business processes improvement
- Development and maintenance of system and project documentation
- Administration of enterprise corporate systems (eg. Technology One financials)
- Promotion and assistance in the configuration and adoption of SharePoint
- Development of dashboards and reports as required by the business
