Job Description Job Classification: Contract TEKsystems has 2 immediate needs for Healthcare Business Systems Analysts in the Malvern, PA area for contract to hire opportunities. Position Summary: This group develops content and software tools for health plans related to claims auditing; detection of fraud, waste, and abuse; genetic testing; episode of care management; and other content areas, as required. National health reform has become a major driver for content development in this department. Candidates for this role should be self-starters; active, independent problem solvers and adult learners; familiar with Boolean logic concepts; understand the fundamentals of software development (actual programming experience may help but is not required); and be familiar with healthcare and claims processing.
