Business Systems Analyst recruitment
The Business Systems Analyst will work within a small team to implement and support the investment management functions of the asset management business. The successful candidate will liaise with existing Business and Technical analysts and the application Vendor to support the following areas: interfacing (analyse, design, build, test and document, where appropriate), report creation (via Crystal report writer), batch scheduling, deployments, environment management, vendor bug management.
Other duties will include the following:
- Configuration, implementation, rollout and support of the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
- Define and test required solutions to enhance the existing features and functionality of the Asset Management solution
Mandatory:
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of asset management business domain including front and middle office functions such as portfolio modelling, rebalancing, order management, NAV calculation, trade and holdings reconciliation, compliance checking.
• Experience of testing in an asset management and / or Hedge Fund environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint
• Ability to take on technical roles such as Crystal report writing, reviewing and amending batch schedules
• Software experience: Microsoft SQL Server;
Desirable
• Software experience: Crystal Reports, perl, VBA
• Charles River Investment Management System, Latent Zero, Simcorp, Cadis, DST or Linedata
