Business Test Analyst
A pivotal role has become available in London for a Business Testing Business Analyst to work across a complex transformation programme within a large bank, which is tasked with implementing a new GL system and new MI reporting tools across the group.
This particular role will base in their London office and sits within a business testing workstream. We are looking for a strong testing Business Analyst ideally with some management experience with a background in finance. You will help the business produce UAT test scripts and manage the UAT phase for a specific business area.
Key responsibilities will includes
* Completion of UAT testing scripts in conjunction with business resource
* Involvement in Pre-UAT testing -
* Testing of Log-in profiles plus other ad-hoc activities
* Management of division UAT execution, including:
* Progress reporting
* Supporting Business resource executing UAT
* Review of defects and enforcing processes
* Input into Entry and Exit criteria meetings
* NOT expected to complete/execute test scripts
This role would suit an individual who has an appreciation for finance, working with the business is crucial to deliver on this programme. You will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills together with strong facilitation skills. An individual who can not only translate technical knowledge into business implications but consequences to management. You must be personable with the ability to adapt to your business audience.
The successful candidate must have a banking finance background.
