About the challenge
At Barclays Wealth we put the client at the heart of everything we do and this role within Client Experience brings together some of our core organisational capabilities (including Contact Centres, Complaints Handling, Marketing and Online Services) to ensure we deliver an exceptional service. This is an exciting new role which is part of our Strategy and Architecture team where you will be key in delivering this business transformation. You will be instrumental in developing the road map, initiating strategic projects, providing design support to them and ultimately assuring they deliver as required. You will be a key influencer across the organisation and assist senior leaders in understanding the value of exceptional client experience and how this can be commercially delivered.
About you
We are seeking someone who is a subject matter expert in client experience and understands the people, process and technology issues that impact it’s delivery across a global client base. Previous experience in a consultancy or business transformation role would be ideal specifically one in which you can demonstrate a background in developing the strategy and operating model for a client service organisation. Exceptional people and process management skills are required as is the ability to work at all levels within the organisation. It’s a background that will have given you a strong command of industry-standard methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
