Leading oil and energy trading company are actively looking to recruit a Permanent Front Office Developer to drive and develop the capability in the front office and help create the next generation of risk and grid infrastructure.
You must have demonstrable experience in the following:
Previous experience in designing and developing similar Excel/VBA based pricing and risk tools is a MUST.
Strong C++ programming skills in Windows environment.
Experience in developing C++ Excel addins.
Strong structured/object-based VBA programming skills.
Good understanding of pricing and hedging derivative products.
COM C++ programming and cross-platform development skills is a big.
Strong understanding and practice of object-oriented programming, design patterns and software development best practices.
Good quantitative skills, with understanding of common derivative instruments, and the methods used to price them.
