Department Description
Fixed Income trades different listed and OTC products in multiple strategies such as US Treasuries, Agencies, Interest Rate Derivatives, Futures, and Repos in a complex set of legal entities involving proprietary and agency trading. Main Accountabilities
Primary tasks include but are not limited to:
• Work directly with the flow traders to get their needs
• Migrate Excel Based pricers to C#
• Deploy and adapt existing European and Asian tools and work closely with our teams abroad.
• Work closely with the Quant team in order to improve the pricing models for local currencies
• Support all the traders of the desk
• Interact with support and development teams
• Improve existing processes in order to reduce support time.
• Maintain pricing tools, optimize usage, monitoring
• Initiate, structure and lead projects according to needs
• Ensure business requirements are met
• Ensure proper reporting to the Head of Flow Front Office Trading Tools in line with seniority level
Position Purpose / Context
As part of the pre-trade IT department, the Front Office Trading Tools team is in charge of the development and support of all the pricers, Risk Analysis PnL tools of the flow interest rate derivatives and fixed income trading desks.
This team (5 persons in New York, 40 persons globally) is based in the dealing room and manages applications deployed in Paris, London, New York and Asia. The position involves working closely with both the front office and trading system development teams to provide solutions to trading desks.

- Knowledge of trading and brokerage operations – front to back
- Knowledge of derivative product lifecycle workflow and Latam currencies
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products and markets including UST, When Issue securities, Agency Debt, TIPS, and Corporate Bonds
Prior Work experience
Required:
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position, have excellent communication skills, knowledge of Fixed Income cash and derivatives products and markets.
