C++ / Linux / UNIX / GPU / CUDA Developer / Engineer – High Frequency Prop – LONDON recruitment
My client is a globally positioned, technology driven HFT firm who are looking to build out their London office and as such are on the lookout for exceptional C++ developers / engineers. By spotting the trends in electronic /automated trading way before their competitors, they have remained on the edge of technological innovation and IT is integral to everything they do.
Their focus at this stage is to build out their London offices to continue their dominance in this space and as such they are looking for developers / engineers with backgrounds in low level C++ development, with expertise in GPU / CUDA and performance optimization. Candidates from outside of industry are welcome to apply, with backgrounds from NVidia / Intel / IBM being highly desirable. Most of the work is done in single threaded C++ so multithreaded experience is not necessary but would be nice to have.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team structured around the head trader and quant research team. The idea being that IT is pulled as close to the business to increase alpha generation / revenue. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a small, highly skilled team of developers working closely with the business within one of the world’s most secretive, but highly profitable HFT prop firms.
