This world leading Insurer is looking for a lead developer who will carry both line management of 4 to 6 people and hands on coding responsibilities across multiple projects within the major web based systems of the organisation. Technologies which the team use include .Net up to 4.0, asp.net, C#, SQK, (X)HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, XSLT, Web Services and WCF so experience with at least most of these is very important.
The role will though include extensive agile oriented leadership responsibilities i.e. line management including mentoring, supporting and coaching, Scrum Mastering, project estimation, solution architecture, reporting of progress etc to PM and line manager and code review.
