Job Title  
Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager

Location

Responsibilities  
• Responsible for design development of Gas turbine, compressor components.
• Assessment of various sub-systems from the criticality, dependencies global model perspective to identify and lead selected modules.
• Involvement in developing detailed work break down structure, high level schedules, dependencies, resource management, entry exit criteria, risks, etc.
• Coordinate and support other mechanical design support tasks like FEA, CFD.
• Work with client to understand the requirements execute the work with global team.
• Participate in clients design review meetings identify areas of improvement.

Skills 
• Experience in design development of Turbo machinery components,
• Experience with Gas turbine / compressor industry
• Experience in developing engineering drawings, layouts and GD T.
• Conversant with manufacturing processes of Engine Components and peripheral engine supporting systems.
• Exposure to FEA, Supplier chain development
• Experience with CAD tools (Pro- Engineer preferably)

Qualification 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
BE/BS/MS/MTECH (Mechanical)

Experience Required ( In Years) 
A Minimum 5 -10  years of experience with listed Responsibilities and skillsets is required for this role
