Responsibilities:
Coordinating customer orders via phone, fax and email. Cross-selling products as appropriate. Occasional outbound calling to current customer base to ensure customer satisfaction. Works closely with sales team, shipping and accounting departments. Must have excellent multi-tasking abilities, superior customer service skills, sense of accountability and positive attitude. Preferred experience includes 2 years in a call center, both inbound and outbound. Experience and familiarity with MS office systems required. Associate Degree preferred.
