My client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for their Shipping division, based in Folkestone. This role is for a true HR generalist, covering all aspects of HR including employee relations, training, salary reviews and recruitment.
Travel on board the ships is required and will be approximately 24-28 days per annum.
The main purpose of this role is to achieve a committed, disciplined, cost effective staffing fleet - people that truly understand the importance of customer service.
