We’re seeking a Contact Center Member Service Consultant for our O'Fallon, MO location.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to use your telephone, communication and problem-solving skills to provide prompt, accurate and friendly resolution to member inquiries. You will also be able to showcase your ability to recognize member needs and offer products and services to meet those needs. This position is the first contact for incoming sales, service and support calls as well as member email.

Primary Responsibilities:  Provides telephone and email support and troubleshoots a variety of problems for credit union members, including debit and credit cards; credit card balance transfers; account activity; direct deposit; NSF fees and automatic transfers. In addition, but not limited to:

Qualification Requirements
College and two or more years related (financial or call support) experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Candidates must have excellent written, verbal and listening skills, problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to help members. Candidates must also have the ability to learn our products, services and specialized software applications.   Candidates must be able to work alternate Saturdays from 9:00am – 12:00pm.  (Time off during week when working Saturday.)

Ability to identify members' needs and sell products and services that meet those needs, discuss members' personal financial information with clarity and discretion; express a positive "can-do" attitude, work in a strong team-work environment, and to function successfully in a fast-paced, structured environment.
