Job Description:
Inbound call center. Financial/mathmatical skills a must. 30 to 35 hours a week with the potential of working to 40 at peak times. Call center opened 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, M-F and 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday. Must be able to work ALL shifts.
- Must have 1-3 years inbound call center, preferably telesales
- Must have financial literacy
- Must have empathy and be understanding with people going through challenges
- Excellent computer skills required
