Pay Rate: £6.75 p/hr + bonus (OTE 17'316)
Hours: Full Time

Manpower have new exciting opportunities to work within BT's Retention team. The role will involve taking inbound calls from existing BT customers, your focus will be to ensure customers feel valued and their business is retained with BT.
This will involve building strong and trusted relationships, problem solving and giving customers the confidence that they do not need to look anywhere else for great deals and fantastic customer service.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, energetic and confident, have good communication skills, be persuasive and highly motivated, a strong team player with an enthusiastic approach to work.
