Call Centre Representative

I am currently recruiting for a Call Centre Representative on behalf of my public sector client based in Luton. The job will be full time Monday to Friday and will involve working 1 weekend per month. The job is a temporary to permanent position to start asap.

As a Call Centre Representative you will be expected to be the main point of contact for patient referrals. You will be responsible for general administration, customer service, handling patient calls in a busy environment, typing, handling complex enquiries and inputting patient information onto the database.

You will need to be a quick thinker and able to use initiative to complete tasks and resolve enquiries. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and fantastic customer service skills. The job will involve working one weekend per month for which you will be paid extra.
