Call centre sales agents
Experienced Call centre agents required to make outbound sales calls across a number of areas, including taking orders, handling complaints, answering enquiries, providing information and troubleshooting problems.
A good command of Hindi and English is an essential, as is a helpful, professional approach to customer service. Reports and call logs need to be kept and updated, and orders need to be processed and referred to the relevant dispatch department. An ability to recognise and prioritise certain issues is necessary, as is the right approach when handling customer complaints.
Main Responsibilities
Contact individuals by phone
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase services.
Describe products and services
Respond to questions
Obtain customer information
Obtain possible customer leads
Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
follow up on initial contacts
Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders
Education and Experience
Proficient in relevant computer applications (MS office, word and excel, various customer service software applications)
Good keyboard skills
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center technology
1-2 years of call center sales experience
Key Competencies
Language Skills – Hindi and English is necessary
Excellent Negotiation skills
Work under pressure and flexibility in shifts.
High energy level and high level of competency
Good Multi tasking skills
