Job Description:
9 month contract
Must be able to work any shift Monday-Sunday between 7am-midnight. No shift modifications allowed.

Takes basic information and routes calls to correct source.

Job Experience:
Previous call center experience is a plus, good communication skills both oral and written, problem solving abilities as calls may be complex in scope.

Must be able to pass type and outlook assessments to quilify.

Minimum Education Required: High School

Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
