Calypso Analyst
Experience Required:
- Strong FX product knowledge
- Calypso configuration experience
- Able to change the way products are set-up for reporting requirements
- Front Office configuration experience
- Understands an FX trade end-to-end
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, design, develop and maintain application programs in a range of languages across multiple platforms
- Plan and undertake software upgrades and roll outs
- Analyse and troubleshoot application issues
- Ability to switch between tasks
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and meeting of SLAs for support of systems.
- Participate in Business Hours support with occasional extra hours to support and manage applications
- Involvement in Disaster Recovery planning and execution
- Work with business to evaluate business and infrastructure change requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
Essential - 8 + years experience in:
- Extensive experience in large IT sites
- Strong Problem Solving/ Analytical Skills
- Windows OS
Desirable
- Job Scheduling / CTRL M
- The candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision and have:
- Good personal (business/client) presentation and relationship skills
- Demonstrate ability to work and meet deadlines
- A commitment to quality standards and customer service
- The ability to assist business personnel end users with technical problems
- Good coordination skills
