Campaign Analyst
The Role:
This role will support delivery of our 2014 Credit Cards acquisition strategy through delivery of monthly Below the Line (BTL) Credit Card marketing campaigns. This involves building, maintaining and optimising campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, online and telephony.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- End to end campaign delivery (including pre post campaign analysis) process, scopes, documents and delivers individual campaign activities
- Completing technical aspect of the data brief working in conjunction with marketing managers
- Campaign data extraction, manipulation and analysis of customer and other data from a data warehouse environment using analytical and data mining tools
- Provide strategic analysis of BTL campaigns and present recommendations to business for future BTL marketing activities
- Support product marketing managers by supplying relevant campaign design measurement information to determine the appropriate marketing strategy
- Generate maintain weekly, monthly and final campaign measurement reports. Communicate learning in an accessible manner to non-technical partners. Make recommendations for future activity
What will help you succeed?
- Strong SQL skills and experience dealing with large and complex data sets
- Strong analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to manage complex systems whilst retaining attention to detail
- Experience in managing end to end BTL campaign delivery and reporting (desirable)
