We are looking for a candidate manager who is eager to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines)
- Conduct searches using every available means to identify suitable candidate to fulfil client requirements; this includes but not limited to:
- Database searching
- Market Mapping
- Mining
- Referrals
- Headhunting
- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer's vacancy;
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
- Arrange and/ or conduct candidate interview as requested by Consultants either face-to-face or through formal phone interviews
- Shortlist suitable and available candidates for Consultant to assess
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer;
- Preparing CV's and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
- Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client;
Requirements:
- Degree and above in any disciplines.
- Strong passion to develop a career in sales, scaling career advancement and looking for a platform to excel / Ambitious, proactive, eager to learn, result driven and target oriented
- Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
