Capacity Planning, Governance & Data Management Specialist Job in Leeds LS15RD, Yorkshire UK

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading financial services organisation to manage best practice in Capacity Planning, Data Management and Governance.

In this varied role you will:
-maintain and update governance processes to ensure that there is corporate governance built into all new Capacity Planning procedures
-ensure that regular monitoring and checks are in place and that governance procedures have been introduced for all the key Capacity Planning and Management processes
-work with stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with all relevant processes and procedures
-coordinate support across the organisation to ensure governance and control procedures are in place to provide the effective production of forecasts
-provide governance oversight in the maintenance and development of data and management information
-support Customer Engagement activity by providing monthly performance scorecard measurements
-manage the 'data cleansing' plan to remove duplicate and secondary records from the Capacity Planning database.

The ideal candidate will have:
-previous experience of working in a finance or planning environment
-strong stakeholder management skills up to Director level
-a degree level education
-highly developed IT skills
-good negotiation/influencing skills
-an understanding of contact centre dynamics.
