DC Law Firm Seeks Temporary IT Support Specialist

Are you a technical computer wiz interested in utilizing your skills as a go-to IT expert? The DC Office of a national law firm is currently seeking a temporary IT Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for all technical issues in the office. As the IT Support Specialist you will work with the other members of the IT team to resolve technical issues, provide application and hardware support and training, maintain training guides, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of experience supporting a law firm in a help desk capacity, and must have experience with support applications that include MS Office Suite, FileSite, Elite, and InterAction. Knowledge of MS Access and MS Project is a plus. Candidates should also be familiar with PC and laptop configuration, wireless and VPN connections, and audio/video set-ups. Applicants must be able to commit at least seven to eight weeks to this position and should be certified in a computer/ technology-related discipline.
