Description
* Responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of Investment / Major Works transactions, the processing of transactions in the Fixed Asset System and the maintenance of the filing system for Investment and Other Fixed Assets
* Produce monthly Other Fixed Assets budget monitoring schedules for review with budget holders
* Assist with the production of accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, management information and reports on the capital investment programme and Other Fixed Asset expenditure
* Provide assistance with the production of the Capital Investment and Other Fixed Asset related budgets
* Assist in the componentisation and capitalisation of investment / major works expenditure
* Provide support to the Property Team and relevant budget holders on matters relating to investment and Other Fixed Asset finance
* Assist in the production of information for the annual lenders reports and property valuations
* Assist in the production of information for statistical and regulatory returns
* Contribute to devising and implementing procedures for area of responsibility
Profile
* AAT Qualified or demonstrable knowledge in a similar role
* Understanding of accounting principles
* Producing management information and budget monitoring
* Ability to prioritise
