Capital Markets Consultant – Compensation / Reward Strategy recruitment
My client is a leading provider of performance / compensation / and expenses consulting that are now looking to recruit within their Capital Markets team, for an Associate whose role will encompass both Consulting and Business Development of their existing client base.
Associates originate and execute projects, manage annual benchmark products, and manage client relationships independently, including advising clients on trends, performance and best practices. They possess strong industry and product knowledge and they develop, maintain and enhance products and client relationships. They also have deep knowledge of compensation design trends in the Financial Services industry, and can lead projects on base pay and incentive design for multiple sub-sectors in the Financial Services industry.
Requirements Include:
Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry
Business acumen with strong mathematical and /or analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
A Masters Degree with 3-6 years of consulting, financial services, compensation/HR or equivalent work experience (A Bachelors Degree with corresponding experience will also be considered)
