Capital Markets Sales- (BPO) Business Process Outsourcing – NY recruitment
The firm provides business processes for front office, middle office and back office operations across all areas of Fixed Income, OTC-Derivatives, Risk Management, Asset Management, and Prime Brokerage operations. The candidate will be the firms initial North American Sales Manager and will ultimately lead a team that will canvas the Capital Markets to secure outsourcing contracts.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sales experience focused on applications that support middle and back offices of major to mid-size capital markets firms, commercial and private banks and mortgage processing companies in the US. This is a sales leadership role and the candidate will be expected to have the ability to identify, shape and articulate the firm's business strategy in North America, the expertise to be hands-on in client/prospect presentations and the ability to drive and support a complex long term sales process with clients and industry partners. Candidates should have superior communication and presentation skills, strong Excel, Word, and Powerpoint skills, have demonstrated experience working with middle and back offices of capital markets firms and should have an MBA in Finance, or Marketing.
