Card Fraud Strategy Manager

The role of Card Portfolio Manager offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team of specialists in a challenging and constantly changing environment. This is a strategic role that will offer a great deal of exposure to senior management within the business as well as offering the incumbent a challenging and rewarding role in a massively busy business area. As a Card Portfolio Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
-Manage team of junior channel managers to realise the full potential of individuals within the team to enhance business performance
-Responsible for PL cost of card Fraud across all products
-Support the definition of Retail Bank subsidiaries end to end portfolio strategies for cards.
-Production of monthly commentaries to explain performance against KPIs for agreement by senior management.
-Ownership and control of policies for cards in UK.

As a Card Portfolio Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Proven experience within a fraud team specialising in cards (Credit-Debit or store Cards) is essential
Detailed understanding of the current and future fraud risks-threats within a Retail Bank
Highly analytical and commercially focused
Ability to be able to define detailed business requirements to support the development of key fraud systems and controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
