Full Time position with flexible hours, M-F, and 2 or 3 times a month shift until 9:00pm is required. Will be located at 4050 Piedmont Parkway. No opportunity for work at home.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for management of medical services staff including the organization and development of high performing teams. Works closely with managers (re: Case/Disease Management) ensuring consistency in care management interventions across membership. Facilitates effective interfaces among team members, as well as across teams, providers and Aetna departments. Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of Aetna's medical management services policies and procedures. Accountable for meeting the financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit.

Demonstrated ability to manage expectations identified by organization or within the department and produce the workflows needed to meet the performance goals.
-Current, unrestricted RN license required
-Minimum of 4-6 years clinical experience.
-Managed care experience a plus.
-This position is in an office environment using a computer station and may require sitting for extended periods of time.
-All patient/provider contact is by phone or electronic media.
-Candidate must possess good computer skills.
-Proven ability to produce time sensitive, effective outcomes.
-This is a quick paced position that requires timeliness standards are met.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Nurses/Certified Case Manager (CCM) is desired
Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is required

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES
Management - Multifunctional management: Leadership/Lead a complex or multifunctional organization/4-6 Years
Medical Management - Managed Care/Insurance Clinical Staff/4-6 Years
Nursing/Case Management/4-6 Years

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES
Operating Systems/Windows/1-3 Years/Administrator
