Team Lead Java Swing Developer – Paris, France – Investment Banking
My client is a leading service provider to global financial services based in New York. They are currently looking to hire an experienced contractor who will be responsible for designing and implementing J2EE solutions including Swing user interfaces. The candidate will be capable of proposing and documenting software design, analyzing requirements, and presenting implementation options through the use of design diagrams and wireframes. The candidate will be responsible for hands-on development and promoting best practices for both object-oriented as well as user-interface design and development.
The candidate will also be responsible for leading the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), be capable of gathering and analyzing requirements, be detail-oriented, embrace development best practices, and communicate clearly and effectively with peers.

• Designing and implementing J2EE solutions including Swing user interfaces
• Proposing and documenting software design, gathering and analyzing requirements

• Technical Leadership Abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity of Credit, Market or Operational risk would be of benefit
• Ability to speak French would be beneficial
