The Caregiver Support Manager will manage the experience of caregivers seeking a career through CareFamily. CareFamily is looking for an experienced professional to develop a department to support caregivers and to promote exceptional customer service. 

 

Position Title – Caregiver Support Manager

 

Status (Full Time/Part Time/Salaried/Hourly) –  Full Time, Salaried

 

Major Duties Responsibilities –

 

·         Manage all aspects of the Caregiver experience with CareFamily – including but not limited to –

o        Caregiver retention

o        Caregiver registration support (including profile development and background check support)

o        Caregiver care plan support

o        Assist caregivers with careseeker engagements

o        Assist caregivers developing backup network of caregivers

o        Ongoing system support for caregivers

o        Development and support of CF caregiver university

·         Work with technology team to ensure that the caregiver experience is efficient and effective

·         With the technology and executive team, develop relevant reporting needed to determine success 

·         Lead efforts to ensure that all established goals and objectives for caregivers are accomplished

·         Coordinate the resolution of caregiver related problems, grievances, and inquiries

·         Act as secondary contact for caregiver related partners

·         Manage caregiver specialists and coordinators facilitating their development and performance

·         Work with the Operations Director to implement projects key to the caregiver experience

 

Education Requirements – Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

 

Skill Requirements – Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent oral and written communication; Experience working with internet technology and Microsoft office software; strong problem solving skills

 

Work Experience Requirements – 3+ years management level experience, background working with seniors and family desirable
